Checking out Hope Church in Spencer

Checked out Hope Church in Spencer for their casual service around tables. Enjoyed the worship music. They had an interesting prayer time where people put their prayer requests on cards, then the pastor prayed through them. A little different, but good.






Noticed they also have lunch together as a congregation after every worship service. A lot of work but a good time of fellowship.

Max Growth IV Plan

Just put together new workout plan for the next 8 weeks. It is a modified version of the original Max Growth Plan with a concentration on Abs in the beginning and Biceps at the end. Hope others find it helpful!

Daniel almost injures opponent

Daniel threw his opponent, Reilly, in a headlock. The entire gym could hear Reilly's head hitting the floor through the mat.

Daniel felt awful since Reilly is a good friend.

Everyone suspected the worst and the ambulance was called. Thankfully, after examination in the hospital, Reilly will be fine. Our prayer for him was answered!

Thanks for being a great friend, tough opponent and good sport.
